DUCTED SYSTEMS

A ducted air conditioning and heating system consists of an indoor fan coil unit which is usually installed in the roof providing out-of-sight-out-of-mind comfort, and an outdoor unit which is mounted in a location where it has minimal impact on the aesthetic and environmental aspects of a building.

Ductwork is installed throughout the home to each living area and air is climate controlled by a centrally located control panel.

Zoning kits can be fitted to ducted units providing customised heating and air conditioning climate control. This means sections of your home that are not frequently used, such as a spare bedroom, can be zoned and turn off and save money. When zoning off unused space the system can pump more air to others in the home helping it to reach temperature faster, making the system more cost effective and efficient.
